Today, Curry Gourmet is rapidly growing in popularity, especially among office goers, executive bachelors, and families in Dubai. Just six weeks post-launch, our dishes are available across multiple delivery platforms, including Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, and Noon. Our unique fusion food has become a favorite among corporates, and we are frequently catering to office setups and small events throughout the city. With the addition of new offerings like Biryani, Indian set meals, and refreshing salads, Curry Gourmet continues to expand its menu, catering to the diverse palates of Dubai’s residents. As we continue to grow, our commitment remains to serve the best fusion food with authenticity and passion, ensuring every meal is a delightful experience.
By May 2024, Curry Gourmet officially launched, and our concept came to life. The hard work and dedication paid off as our gourmet dishes quickly gained popularity. Our unique Indo-French fusion food, particularly our gourmet sandwiches and Indian regional summer drinks, were met with rave reviews. The Chef’s expertise in blending authentic Indian spices with French culinary techniques ensured that every dish was bursting with flavor. Our focus on quality, freshness, and originality became the hallmark of Curry Gourmet, winning over the hearts (and stomachs) of our customers.
Over the course of 2022 and 2023, the team at Curry Gourmet embarked on a culinary adventure to perfect our signature sandwiches. We tested different recipes and cooking methods, experimenting with flavors and textures to find the perfect balance. Through countless trials and a few errors, we developed a cooking technique that brought out the best in our ingredients, creating a truly mouth-watering experience. This period of experimentation laid the foundation for what would become our most beloved dishes, like the Butter Chicken Royale Croissant and the Aromatic Mughlai Chicken Baguette.
In 2021, the idea of Curry Gourmet was born out of a passion for creating unique culinary experiences. The vision was to blend Indo-French fusion cuisine, focusing on reinventing the classic Croque Monsieur with an Indian twist. Our journey began with experimenting with various bread types like Croissant, Focaccia, Baguettes, and Ciabattas, infusing them with gourmet Indian curries. These initial trials were about combining the best of both worlds – French sophistication and Indian richness – to craft sandwiches that would tantalize the taste buds of food lovers across Dubai.

Our Head Chef
Bharat Khandelwal, our Head Chef at Curry Gourmet, brings over 13 years of experience in Indian and continental cuisine. A graduate of the Food Craft Institute in Punjab, he has worked in kitchens across India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. Bharat specializes in innovative Indo-French fusion dishes, ensuring each dish is crafted with care, creativity, and authenticity. Since joining in May, he has played a key role in recipe creation, costing, ordering, and quality control, shaping our unique menu offerings.
Our Sous Chef
Deepak, our talented Sous Chef, joined Curry Gourmet in May and brings expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine. With a Diploma in Food Production and five years of experience, he plays a key role in creating our unique Indo-French fusion dishes. Deepak's passion for innovation and quality ensures every dish is prepared to perfection, enhancing the Curry Gourmet dining experience. His main role includes taking food orders, preparing meals, and ensuring they are ready for customers.
