Bharat Khandelwal, our Head Chef at Curry Gourmet, brings over 13 years of experience in Indian and continental cuisine. A graduate of the Food Craft Institute in Punjab, he has worked in kitchens across India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. Bharat specializes in innovative Indo-French fusion dishes, ensuring each dish is crafted with care, creativity, and authenticity. Since joining in May, he has played a key role in recipe creation, costing, ordering, and quality control, shaping our unique menu offerings.
