Refund and Returns Policy

At Curry Gourmet, we take pride in delivering freshly prepared, high-quality Indo-French fusion food to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., you ordered a Butter Chicken Croissant and received a different item), please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.
  • Damaged/Compromised Food: If your food arrives in unsatisfactory condition (e.g., damaged packaging or cold food), please notify us within 2 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Change of Mind: Once the food is delivered, refunds will not be issued for personal preferences or change of mind.
  • Late Delivery: While we strive to meet delivery times, delays caused by third-party delivery services (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon) are not eligible for refunds unless the food quality is compromised.
